Assoc. Prof. Tuan Anh Nguyen is a transportation and infrastructure executive, researcher, and innovation leader currently serving as Director of the Railway-Metro Project Management Board and Director of the Saigon Metro MRT Research and Development Institute under Sovico Group.

He has held the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2019, demonstrating strong expertise in international project management standards and strategic infrastructure leadership.

His work focuses on smart transportation systems, railway and metro infrastructure, AI applications in civil engineering, and digital transformation in urban mobility. He actively promotes international collaboration for ISI/Scopus publications, applied research, and innovation initiatives between Vietnam and global academic institutions.
